All teams train on Wednesday nights at Keilor Heights Primary School, Keilor East.

11&U // 5:30 - 6:30pm

13&U // 6:30 - 8:00pm

15&U // 6:30 - 8:00pm

17&U // 6:30 - 8:00pm

Training is divided into warm up, fitness, skills and drills and match play.

All players must wear their training top and hoodie to to all training sessions.
